Forms of Payment We Accept
  1. You can send a check or money order by mail by filling out an OFF LINE ORER FORM  and mailing it to us with your payment.
  2. You can go back to the CD ORDER PAGE   and use the PayPal Shopping cart provided and it will instruct you how to send a paypal payment using any major credit card.
  3. You can fill out the e-mail order form that we provide below and send a PayPal payment, check or money order. Please e-mail us with complete instructions concerning your order and method of payment sent along with any questions or details.

To send an offline payment, print out the offline payment form that we provide and mail it to us with your payment. Fill out this form and send a personal check or money order with a copy of the form.

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING PAYPAL PAYMENTS

HOW TO SEND PAYMENT USING ANY MAJOR CREDIT CARD  
NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING MONEY USING PAYPAL AND MAJOR CREDIT CARD:

  • First fill out the email order form below, or go back to CD ORDER PAGE SHOPPING CART   and figure out what items you want to order.
  • You will need to set up an account to use paypal. To do this just click on the paypal Icon below and you will receive instructions on how to set up your own secure account to safely send money over the internet.
  • You will need to log on to paypal and then click on the option "Send Money"
  • Paypal will ask for my Email address which is bissol@pianofarm.com
  • Follow their instructions and the money from your credit card will be sent to us.
  • Remember to fill out the email order form below verifying what items you want to order.
